This information includes your full name, email address, phone number (preferred for WhatsApp communication), check-in and check-out dates, and guest count details.
2. Payment Security
We take security seriously. All card transactions on our reservation engine are handled securely through Stripe, a leading international payment gateway. Your credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to Stripe.
Roots Resort does not store, record, or have access to your full credit card or billing details on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to process and confirm your room reservations, coordinate custom add-ons (such as airport transfers or private dinners), send booking confirmation tickets, respond to your contact messages, and ensure your stay is comfortable.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties. Your details are only shared with service partners (e.g. transfer drivers or Stripe) to fulfill your requested booking services.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use local storage on your browser to enhance your browsing experience. Specifically, we store your language preferences (e.g. English or Georgian) so the website remembers your choice on subsequent visits.
We also temporarily cache active booking selections (selected check-in/check-out dates and room choices) to allow seamless navigation through the multi-step checkout screen.
